Destin Pointe on the Gulf Coast		Where the Gulf of Mexico meets the East Pass is the island neighborhood of Destin Pointe! Our 3,000 feet of pristine waterfront (largest in the Destin area) overlooks the East Pass, the Jetties and the Gulf of Mexico.

Magnolia House Pool and Spa		Magnolia House is a condominium complex that is located across the street from SeaScape and is part of the Destin Pointe gated neighborhood. All outdoor facilities at Magnolia House are available when staying in SeaScape.
		Guests are able to use the pool, spa, sundecks, grills and shuffleboard as often as desired. Click on photos to "enlarge."
East Pass Beach		East Pass beach facilities are only 250 yards from SeaScape and include diving, snorkeling and many other aquatic sports.

Tennis Courts		SeaScape guests have access to the neighborhood's lighted tennis courts, located directly across the street from the cottage.
Lake Caroline		SeaScape is located on Lake Caroline, home to many species of birds and other wildlife. Click on photos to "enlarge."
Lake Christina		Lake Christina is only a short walk from SeaScape and contains a wetland wild bird reserve, with a useful bridge and pavilions, for bird watching and crossing to the neighborhood beach club.

Destin Pointe Beach Club		The Destin Pointe neighborhood also has its own beach club, which includes a pool and spa, large sundecks, a playground, pavilions, and a beach walkover, all directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf of Mexico Beach		SeaScape guests have complete use of the beach club and also receive two complimentary beach chairs throughout their stay. The Gulf of Mexico beach has beautiful blue/green water and white sand and is only a short walk from the cottage.
